Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers have all the rights to cancel his package within seven working days of the purchase or before taking the services mentioned in the package.
• Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email natsukashiicreationspvtltd@gmail.com or by mail at our registered address.
• The customer would be responsible for ensuring that we receive his written request by email, mail, or in person.
• We will reply with a written acknowledgment within 24 working hours.
• The customer would be paid 100% of the amount paid for the package and there would not be any charges deducted from the paid amount.
• After receiving the customer’s request for the refund, he will get his money credited in his account within 20 working days in the account provided by the customer.
• If any govt. fee, duty, challan, or any other amount paid in the course of processing of the application by us then only we would deduct the same amount before refund.

***No refund after 7 business days of purchasing any package or if the services of the package is been utilized by the customer.
