The customer would be responsible for ensuring that we receive his written request by email, mail, or in person.
We will reply with a written acknowledgment within 24 working hours.
The customer would be paid 100% of the amount paid for the package and there would not be any charges deducted from the paid amount.
After receiving the customer’s request for the refund, he will get his money credited in his account within 20 working days in the account provided by the customer.
If any govt. fee, duty, challan, or any other amount paid in the course of processing of the application by us then only we would deduct the same amount before refund.
***No refund after 7 business days of purchasing any package or if the services of the package is been utilized by the customer.
